A real steam clean is more than a wand and hot water. Each room goes through the same four steps, in the same order, so the grit underneath comes out along with the stains on top.
Built for apartments and high-rises too. Our portable extractors reach the same 212°F and 250 PSI as truck-mounted rigs and ride up in the elevator, so condos, walk-ups and office suites get the identical clean with no hose run through the lobby.
We confirm the fiber type, test colorfastness and walk each room with you to note stains and traffic lanes. You approve a fixed price before any equipment comes in.
Much of the soil in carpet is dry grit, and water alone turns it to mud. A commercial HEPA vacuum pass lifts it out first, along the edges as well as the open floor.
A child- and pet-safe pre-spray loosens oils and traffic-lane grey, and a counter-rotating brush works it down to the base of the fibers.
212°F water at 250 PSI rinses the carpet while high-flow vacuum recovery pulls the water and loosened soil straight back out. The pile is groomed upright so it dries evenly, and protector goes on the main walkways.

Why hot-water extraction
Shampoos, foams and dry powders clean the surface. Hot-water extraction rinses the whole fiber and removes what it loosens, which is why most carpet manufacturers recommend it.
Agitation and a 212°F rinse loosen packed-down soil at the base of the pile, and high-flow vacuum carries it out of your home instead of spreading it around.
Recovering 99.7% of the water means most rooms are dry in 4–6 hours. Running the HVAC fan or opening a window shortens that further.
A pH-neutral final rinse leaves nothing in the fiber to attract new dirt, so carpet stays cleaner for longer after we leave.
