Our Odor removal process targets very specific odors; i.e. decaying protein odors, animal and human fluid and any other mess that creates bad smell. Any of these  types of odors require a much trained specialist to deodorize the area. Carpet pH is critical in removing certain types of odors. Often we find that only part of the odor is in the carpet. The rest is beneath the carpet, in the padding, and sometimes in very severe cases in the floor or sub-floor.
